Salishan-Hillside Phase 1

HULK was prequalified in late 2025 as a demolition and site work subcontractor on the Tacoma Housing Authority's Salishan-Hillside redevelopment in East Tacoma. Our crews handle the work area by area as each building location opens up.

Prospect Townhomes

An eight-unit development at 6645 S Prospect St in South Tacoma, developed by HULK. The project pairs a five-plex and a three-plex, and HULK manages everything from permits and utilities through finishes.

  • Five 2-bed / 2.5-bath homes (1,180 sf) and three 4-bed / 3.5-bath homes (1,680 sf)
  • Individual heat pumps and tankless water heaters in every home
  • Custom cabinets and quartz counters; jacuzzi tubs in the three-plex
  • Fire sprinklers, new water service, storm and sidewalk frontage
