General Laborer

$20–$28/hr DOEPart-time, growing to full-timeTacoma & Pierce County job sites

Work alongside our crews on demolition, excavation, concrete and site work on public and private jobs across the South Sound.

Responsibilities

  • General labor on demolition, excavation and site prep
  • Loading and hauling debris; keeping job sites clean and safe
  • Helping with concrete forming, pours and flatwork
  • Traffic control, erosion control and material handling

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of construction or general labor experience
  • Valid Washington driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Able to do physical work outdoors in all seasons
  • Skid steer, mini excavator or other equipment experience is a plus

Landscaper

$20–$28/hr DOEPart-time, growing to full-timeTacoma & Pierce County job sites

Finish our jobs right: grading, planting, pavers and restoration that leave every property better than we found it.

Responsibilities

  • Final grading, topsoil, rock and bark placement
  • Sod, planting and irrigation repair
  • Paver patios, walkways and hardscape installs
  • Site clean-up and landscape restoration after construction

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of landscaping or hardscape experience
  • Valid Washington driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Able to do physical work outdoors in all seasons
  • Landscape and compact equipment experience is a plus

Executive Assistant

$28–$35/hr DOEPart-time, growing to full-timeTacoma office

Keep the business running smoothly by supporting the CEO with bids, project paperwork, scheduling and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Managing calendars, email and meeting follow-ups
  • Tracking bids, subcontracts, W-9s, COIs and lien waivers
  • Assembling pay applications and change-order paperwork
  • Coordinating with vendors, lenders, GCs and city agencies

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of executive or administrative assistant experience
  • Strong organization, writing and follow-through
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, QuickBooks and PDFs
  • Valid Washington driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Construction or real estate office experience is a plus
