General Laborers
We are currently looking for experienced construction laborers starting at $15/hr depending on experience.
Starting Wages
0-2 years experience: $15 - $16 p/hr
2-4 years experience: $17 - $18 p/hr
4+ years experience: $19 - $20 p/hr
Looking for applicants who are available to start immediately.
Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have valid driver's license

Must have reliable smartphone with app capabilities

Must be legally able to work in the US

High School Diploma or GED

Must submit to a drug screen

Pass the required background check

Self starter, reliable, works well individually and with a team
Role/Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

General housekeeping (e.g., site cleaning, organizing, etc.)

Responsible for maintaining own time and site records, complete paperwork and documentation (time sheets, daily reports, etc.)
-
Able to push/pull and lift/carry between 20 and 65 lbs repeatedly throughout work shift
-
Position requires constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping

Site Supervisor
We are currently looking for experienced construction Team Leads (Supervisors) starting at $20/hr depending on experience.
Looking for applicants who are available to start immediately.
Qualifications:

Must have at least 5 years of experience

Must have reliable transportation

Must have reliable smartphone with app capabilities

Must be legally able to work in the US

High School Diploma or GED

Must submit to a drug screen

Pass the required background check

Self starter, reliable, works well individually and with a team

Completion of a post-secondary education construction training program.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.

Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor.

CPR and first aid certifications.
-
Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.

Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
-
The ability to interpret blueprints.
-
Outstanding leadership skills.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Role/Responsibilities:
We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team.
The Site Supervisor's responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new construction employees. You should also be able to perform first aid in emergencies.

To be successful as a Site Supervisor, you should be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations. Ultimately, an outstanding Site Supervisor should be able to interpret building plans as well as demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Site Supervisor Responsibilities:

Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
-
Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
-
Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
-
Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
-
Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.

Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.

Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
